I made this by accident last nite. Excuse my stumpy, mottled looking legs. I’d had fishnet knee socks on all day and they make my legs go funny. Anyway, I was making a bag which was way too big (to keep tea towels in) and then I chopped the bottom off and hemmed it – and came up with a skirt! I was overcome I immediately downed tools and went to bed. Whereupon I started reading my new sewing book … which had a pattern in it for the same skirt I’d just made! My way was much easier tho.

I'm fascinated by social history, particularly the Victorians and will absolutely beat you hands down in a quiz about the Tudors. Dogs are LIFE. I like being in water and have lots of ideas that will never see the light of day but would definitely be a winner on Dragon’s Den/Shark Tank. I love to give people gifts.
